Grain Receiving – 2nd Shift
Due to increased inbound truck activity and internal team movements, we're expanding our grain receiving team. This hands‑on role involves working with incoming grain shipments—from truck and rail car arrival to unloading into bins and silos. Responsibilities include collecting and grading grain samples, delivering them to our onsite lab, communicating with drivers and team members, and operating automated unloading systems. Work is split between outdoor tasks and indoor milling operations.
We're looking for a team player who enjoys physical work and wants to grow. Wage reviews occur every six months for the first four years, followed by annual reviews and eligibility for our bonus plan.
QualificationsCandidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with diverse personalities. Basic math and computer skills are required, and previous grain handling experience is a plus.
Work ConditionsExpect exposure to grain and dust, outdoor work most of the day, and tasks performed at heights.
