Digital Press Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high‑quality printed materials for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. The operator must ensure efficient printing processes, adhere to strict quality standards, and work closely with the production team to meet client requirements and deadlines.

• Operate digital printing equipment, such as digital presses, variable data printers, and finishing machines, to produce high‑quality printed materials
• Review and prepare digital files for printing, ensuring they meet specifications, and troubleshoot any potential issues related to file formats, resolution, and color accuracy
• Set up and calibrate the digital press, adjusting settings for various paper types, sizes, and finishing requirements, to achieve optimal print quality and consistency
• Conduct frequent quality checks during production runs, ensuring that prints meet or exceed industry and client‑specific standards, while addressing any potential defects or inconsistencies promptly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on digital printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components, to ensure continuous and reliable operation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of printing materials and chemicals, to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the digital printing equipment, performing minor repairs or seeking assistance from technical support when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience operating digital printing equipment in a commercial printing with a focus on direct marketing materials
• Strong understanding of color management and the ability to match colors accurately
• Familiarity with variable data printing techniques and data processing tools is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands
• Commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting project deadlines
• Ability to work 12 hours shift
