This full‑time, hands‑on lead role is responsible for operational tasks within both Production and Distribution while providing guidance and oversight to the shift team. The position involves working Monday‑Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to quality and safety standards, and timely execution of organizational objectives.

• Perform activities within Production and Distribution to maintain efficient workflows and meet shift objectives.
• Handle materials and assist with order fulfillment to support team productivity.
• Ensure accuracy in product handling and packaging.

• Coordinate and prioritize tasks across both departments to meet production schedules and distribution deadlines.
• Provide on‑the‑job guidance, coaching, and support to team members during shift operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and quality standards, addressing issues promptly.
• Work independently, be self‑motivated, and take initiative.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for shift‑related concerns and communicate effectively with management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in production, distribution, or related operations; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Technical/mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications.
• Hands‑on leadership and adaptability.
• Team collaboration and coaching with attention to detail and quality focus.
• Safety and compliance awareness.
• Ability to balance operational and supervisory responsibilities.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English.
