Provide daily and consistent “Servant” leadership in the promotion and realization of Rosenboom goals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing leadership, representing Rosenboom, supervision and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the production process, demonstrates commitment to employee growth and achievement, and oversees product quality. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, interests, learning, and motivation
• Demonstrates commitment to the realization of company goals.
• Demonstrates working understanding of basic supervisory skills.
• Recognizes role as and demonstrates skill to serve as a change agent.
• Demonstrates interest and desire to facilitate the success of all personnel in a manner which recognizes the dignity and worth of every employee.
• Demonstrates interest and desire to broaden professional skill level.
• Can read and interpret prints and schematics.

• Employee is responsible to assigned manager(s).
• Employee may be mentored by an experienced employee, as assigned by his/her Assistant Plant Manager(s) and/or Plant Manager; and,
• Employee is expected to work full shifts with the possibility of some extra daily and/or Friday night or Saturday dayshift hours, as appropriate to regular shift assignment.
