Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
** Temporary Lab Technician
** to support laboratory operations at our Sergeant Bluff, Iowa soy oil refinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety and accuracy, and wants to gain experience in an industrial lab setting while working with a collaborative team.
** What You’ll Do
*** Perform accurate and timely laboratory analyses on production and finished product samples
* Record and maintain test results in the laboratory database with a high level of attention to detail
* Communicate test results clearly and promptly to operations and other team members
* Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures to support safe and efficient plant operations
** What We’re Looking For
*** Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes days and weekends
* Ability to frequently climb stairs and stand for extended periods in a plant environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety
* Team-oriented mindset with the initiative to take ownership of tasks
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
