Brand FX is looking to hire an employee with a desire to succeed by working their way up with a growing company that manufactures lightweight, durable composite truck bodies. This position will be at the Pocahontas, IA location.

• Supervise shipping and receiving duties making sure they are completed safely, accurately per schedule while maintaining quality.
• Supervise the shipment of goods produced and the received goods / supplies to be used in or to aid in the production / storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
• Manage arrangements for pick‑up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.
• Supervise the work areas and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Supervise the pick‑up and deliveries to our team / Vendors for parts and raw materials.
• Supervise a team while working side by side to make and meet goals.
• Supervise the purchasing of parts needed JIT to meet the provided schedules.
• Parts order entry, supervising the parts order process through shipment.
• Forklift certified.
• Learn and use Epicor (MRP).
• Assist in maintaining an accurate Inventory.

• Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving.
• Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Effective Leadership Skills.

• Ability to perform but not limited to the following tasks, be familiar with and able to interpret packing slips, enter into the computer the correct information, to acknowledge receipt of the goods into the purchase order and processing database.
• Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers.
• Must be capable of estimating weight and use that information to calculate the cost of shipping.
• Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
• Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment.
• Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is desirable.

• Required to drive the company vehicle and Forklift on some occasions.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
