Description:

We are seeking two Maintenance Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations by performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance; responding to equipment breakdowns; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues; completing inspections; maintaining accurate maintenance logs; and assisting with equipment installations or modifications.

Candidates should have 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with industrial equipment such as motors, conveyors, pumps, and machinery. The ideal candidate can read blueprints and schematics, follows OSHA and safety standards, works well independently and with a team, and is physically able to lift up to 50 lbs while working in a noisy, industrial environment.

Technical or trade school training and OSHA certification are preferred.
