Janco Industries is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as a Powder Coating Team Member.
No powder coating experience? Don't automatically count yourself out.
Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, pays attention to quality and wants to learn a valuable manufacturing skill.
What you'll do- Learn to apply powder coating to a variety of manufactured parts
- Prepare and hang parts for the powder coating process
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Assist with color changes and powder line operations
- Keep your work area clean, organized and safe
- Work alongside the rest of our production team to keep quality parts moving
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week, with Friday overtime only when needed. No regular weekends.
Your pay$20.00/hour starting wage
+$2.00/hour while performing powder-coating duties
That means $22.00/hour while powder coating.
As you learn powder coating, you're adding a valuable skill while increasing your earning opportunity.

Previous experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, assembly, automotive, agricultural or construction work is helpful, but not required.
