Sibley, IA Compensation: $21.15 per hour – paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Printing Associates for a manufacturing company in Sibley, Iowa. In this role, you'll help support printing operations by ensuring materials are prepared, equipment is maintained, and production runs smoothly. WhatYou'll Do as a Printing Associate – 2nd Shift
- Assist the Printing Operator with machine setup, including changing print cylinders, rollers, and related components
- Maintain ink supplies and perform viscosity checks to ensure color consistency
- Prepare and load paper rolls into production equipment as needed
- Remove completed print rolls from the press and assist with machine operation
- Clean printing presses, equipment, and surrounding work areas
- Complete production paperwork accurately and neatly
- Learn basic machine operations and support production needs as assigned
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds regularly
- Good vision, color‑identification skills, and hand‑eye coordination
- Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills in English
- Manufacturing experience preferred; printing or paper converting experience is a plus
- Ability to follow safety procedures, GMPs, and work instructions
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP or CMMS software is beneficial but not required
- Reliable transportation to Sibley, IA
