At PVS Structures, we build complex structural steel projects that demand precision, reliability, and operators who take their craft seriously. We're hiring a Structural Steel Machine Operator for our 1st shift — a 4-day work week that has you home by early afternoon every day with your Fridays free.

If you know structural steel, take pride in running equipment correctly, and want a consistent schedule with a team that has your back — this is your role.

• Hours: Mon–Thu, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Load, operate, monitor, and tend machines in accordance with job specs and safety standards

• Support the crew and help keep production on schedule
• Follow all safety and ISO procedures — every shift, no exceptions

• Proven experience operating structural steel or industrial equipment
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16  accuracy — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and job specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a solid team player
• Clear communicator who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
• Able to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision

• $20–$24/hr depending on experience
• 4-day work week — Mon through Thu, every week
• Home by early afternoon every day
• Health, Dental & Vision insurance
• Life/AD&D and Disability coverage
• 401(k) with company match
• PTO and 9 paid holidays — accrual begins immediately
• Wellness program with premium incentives
• Clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Opportunities for growth and advancement within Owen Industries

Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.
