We're looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on solving complex production challenges, improving manufacturing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to increase efficiency, improve product quality, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do- Lead process improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
- Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows, layouts, and production methods
- Troubleshoot equipment and eliminate production bottlenecks
- Support automation projects involving PLCs, robotics, and manufacturing technologies
- Lead equipment installation, validation, and capital improvement initiatives
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new products and improve existing processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with CAD software such as Solid Works or AutoCAD
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics, and industrial controls
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- Lead projects that deliver measurable operational impact
- Work with modern manufacturing equipment and automation technologies
- Collaborate with a talented team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
