Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM
About the Role:
Join our team as a CNC Operator and play a vital role in manufacturing custom hydraulic cylinders used in agriculture, construction, transportation, and military industries. Your primary role as a CNC Operator will be to operate and set up a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

- Sets up and operates numerical control machine to cut, shape, or form metal work pieces to specifications
- Assembles cutting tools in tool holders and positions tool holders in machine spindles as specified, musing hand tools, or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines;
- Reviews setup sheet and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, and dimensions of finished work piece;
- Performs secondary operations and inspections, including drilling, de-burring and cleaning parts produced, as cycle time permits;
- Strong work history with reliable attendance
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand frequently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Stable 2nd shift schedule:
