• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely
• Ability to blend fertilizer and follow labels when blending crop protection products
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and operate equipment with computer-assisted operations
• A desire to learn the trade
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work well with others and take instructions from agronomy managers
• Ability to perform laborious tasks repeatedly
• Ability to lift heavy objects, including tools and crops
• Ability to operate complex farm machinery and do routine maintenance on the machinery
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record

A custom applicator's license/CDL is preferred but not required - we will train!

Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with extended hours and weekend shifts during peak seasons. As an Agriculture Applicator, you'll be the driving force behind safe and precise operations of application equipment, ensuring every task is completed accurately and efficiently. Beyond operating machinery, you'll maintain all agronomy equipment to keep it in top-notch condition.

When you're not behind the wheel, you'll jump in with general labor tasks, ensuring smooth operations on the farm.

Each season, you'll meticulously calibrate machines to field-ready status, guaranteeing optimal performance. Your dedication to professional-quality work shines both on and off the field!
