** What's a typical day as Assembly Worker? You'll be:*
* + Assembling and installing electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.

+ Routing and securing wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.

+ Using testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.

+ Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

+ Meeting production benchmarks and supporting team objectives.

+ Handling materials by lifting, positioning, or removing them as needed.

+ Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve assembly procedures.

+ Participating in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Supporting other production areas and assisting mechanical assembly operators as needed.

+ Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting electrical connectivity issues.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or GED (required).

+ Hold electrical certifications or technical training.

+ Bring 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.

+ Possess experience with wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.

+ Can read work instructions, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.

+ Are familiar with overhead crane operation and able to obtain/maintain crane operator certification.

+ Are willing to obtain electrical safety certifications and pass a respiratory fit test as required.

+ Have experience using multimeters, crimping tools, and diagnostic equipment.

+ Are comfortable working at heights.

+ Understand ISO 9000:2000 Quality System (preferred, not required).

+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and effective team communication.

+ Speak and understand English fluently.
