Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking a Welder for the 1st shift in Harlan, IA. You will lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble frames, stands, reels, shafts, and parts according to blueprints.
The role requires MIG and TIG welding experience on aluminum and stainless steel, blueprint literacy, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work with MIG/TIG/Torch equipment, maintain 5S in the department, and ensure product quality.
