The RN Medical/Surgical will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult patient population in a Med/Surg setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Act as primary care coordinator across multiple disciplines for cohesive patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
• Assess discharge needs and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
