Location: Lamoni
Overnight Registered Nurse (RN)
Care Initiatives is hiring the Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for a 10 PM – 6 AM overnight shift at Lamoni Specialty Care, a 43‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community in Lamoni, IA.
- Schedule: 10 PM – 6 AM overnight shift. 8‑hour shift preferred; 12‑hour shift option available.
- Full‑time preferred; part‑time as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate care for residents throughout their healthcare journey.
- Adhere to federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document patient care accurately, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in good standing, licensed in Iowa or ability to activate.
- Current, valid CPR certification.
- Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion toward residents and families.
- Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
