• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to gain experience and advance within the organization.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery concerns and progress, proposing solutions to address issues.
• Enforce policies and guide the team, fostering personal and team growth.
• Manage administrative functions to enhance department efficiency.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with other leadership members.

• Valid RN license in Iowa (or ability to activate)
• Current, valid CPR certification
• Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations preferred
• A desire to learn and grow with our team
