As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing the operations of your assigned unit. You will ensure residents receive the high standard of care expected at Rolling Green Village by: supervising the activities of all clinical staff; providing guidance and education; fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture; maintaining infection prevention practices; and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

Minimum:

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
