Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited CNA program. Prior CNA experience is preferred. The role requires understanding of Activities of Daily Living, resident observation, safety, and documentation.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department. Your duties include performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in resident condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining accurate education and documentation. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to remain comfortable and safe.
