$80,000+ per year, based on experience

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Resident Care Director!

• Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A sincere dedication to serving seniors

As our Resident Care Director, you'll play a vital role in leading our care programs and ensuring the well-being of every resident. You'll oversee health assessments, service plans, and medication management while mentoring staff to uphold the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising resident health assessments and crafting individualized service plans
• Managing the medication program and ensuring staff competency in administration
• Providing training, education, and outside coordination for care staff
• Leading resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
• Communicating openly with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
• Collaborating with therapists, dieticians, and specialists for holistic care
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
