$80,000+ per year, based on experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORIf you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Resident Care Director!
- Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2+ years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A sincere dedication to serving seniors
As our Resident Care Director, you'll play a vital role in leading our care programs and ensuring the well-being of every resident. You'll oversee health assessments, service plans, and medication management while mentoring staff to uphold the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising resident health assessments and crafting individualized service plans
- Managing the medication program and ensuring staff competency in administration
- Providing training, education, and outside coordination for care staff
- Leading resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
- Communicating openly with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
- Collaborating with therapists, dieticians, and specialists for holistic care
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
