Currently seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) in Polk City, Iowa. Must have an active Iowa CNA certification and a passion for providing rehabilitative support. CNAs play a vital role in our person‑centered care team, providing hands‑on, meaningful support.
CNA Position Highlights- Schedule:
36 hours/week (rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required) - Hours:
6:00am-6:00pm OR 6:00pm-6:00am - Location:
Polk City, IA
- Provide direct, personalized care under licensed nurse supervision.
- Support persons served with activities of daily living (meals, hygiene, socializing).
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifts.
- Perform range of motion exercises as directed by therapy staff.
- Complete and report safety checks and vital information to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with a transdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Help persons served achieve their highest quality of life.

- Current Iowa CNA certification
- Must be 18 years of age (required to operate mechanical lifts)
- Ability to maintain CPR certification (training available if not certified)
- Ability to maintain mandatory reporter certifications (training available if not certified)
