OverviewJoin us to apply for the Nursing Assistant / CNA / NAR role in Long–Term Care at Presbyterian Homes & Services. We are looking for individuals who are committed to living out their calling for care and building a vibrant, supportive community.
At Highland Ridge, a senior living community in Williamsburg, Iowa, we provide a range of care options including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and a Care Center/Long–Term Care. Our team is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a close‑knit, faith‑based environment.
Wage: $19.49 – $22.55+ per hour based on experience (Certified).
Schedule:
Full–time (includes every other weekend);
Part–time (1st or 2nd shift, includes every other weekend).
- Perform activities of daily living (ADLs) on schedule and assist other resident assistants as needed, maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.
- Monitor changes in residents’ condition.
- Transfer and assist residents with mobility using methods such as gait belt and mechanical lifts.
- Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
- Caregiving experience preferred; applicants without experience may still be considered.
- Nursing Assistant certification required for Long–Term Care (not required for Assisted Living).
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophy.
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for communication with all customers.
