At Highland Ridge, a senior living community in Williamsburg, Iowa, we provide a range of care options including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and a Care Center/Long–Term Care. Our team is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a close‑knit, faith‑based environment.

Wage: $19.49 – $22.55+ per hour based on experience (Certified).

Schedule:

Full–time (includes every other weekend);
Part–time (1st or 2nd shift, includes every other weekend).

• Perform activities of daily living (ADLs) on schedule and assist other resident assistants as needed, maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.
• Monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Transfer and assist residents with mobility using methods such as gait belt and mechanical lifts.
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

• Caregiving experience preferred; applicants without experience may still be considered.
• Nursing Assistant certification required for Long–Term Care (not required for Assisted Living).
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophy.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for communication with all customers.
