Manly Specialty Care, a 43-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Manly, IA, is now hiring for a PRN Overnight Charge Nurse (RN) on the 6P–6A shift.

• Lead your unit during 6P–6A overnight shifts, ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient resident care
• Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other overnight team members
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to achieve top-quality outcomes
• Uphold all state and federal long-term-care regulations and facility policies

• Active Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Current CPR certification
• Working knowledge of long-term-care regulations preferred (we’ll train the right candidate)
