• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
