Location: McGregor, Iowa

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a night-shift travel assignment in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting.

This role offers a fixed, predictable overnight schedule with guaranteed hours and no rotating shifts—ideal for RNs who want consistency, structure, and clear expectations on nights.

Night Schedule:

• Monday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Thursday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

(No rotating shifts. No weekend requirements.)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care / skilled nursing residents
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Coordinate care with LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure resident safety and compliance with facility policies

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Iowa or compact)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Comfortable working structured night shifts
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
