PACHS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care and work with physicians and staff to maintain high standards of care. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with other departments and ensure proper patient education.
• Assist with emergency measures when needed.
• Supervise and support nursing team members.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa Nursing License.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• OB and telemetry training as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
