LPN or Med Aide – Hospice – Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team, providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care during a meaningful life stage.

• Responsibilities include supporting symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for patients and families.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, comfort, and quality care.
• Participate in implementing and evaluating care plans for stable and predictable patients of all ages in a home care setting.
• Perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and develop self-care education programs.
• Maintain knowledge of nursing principles, medication effects, and safety precautions.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
• hold an unencumbered LPN license
• possess BLS certification

Self-scheduling, flexible for LPNs working towards RN, with a max patient ratio of 1:4. The role involves rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
