• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration per physician orders and accurate documentation.
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and report variances to the supervising registered nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence and comfort.
• Implement and adjust care plans, perform basic wound care, and follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate charting and communication with the health care team to coordinate care.
• Ensure resident safety, fall prevention, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Iowa (or eligible to practice in Iowa)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work the listed shift in a long-term care setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in documenting care
• Experience in a long-term care environment is preferred
