Snow Removal - Plow Driver

Position Overview

Simply Green is seeking experienced and dependable Snow Plow Drivers to join our winter operations team. This seasonal position offers potential for full‑time employment in the spring with our lawn care positions, if interested.

• Safely operate plow trucks to remove snow from both residential and commercial properties.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, entryways and stairs using a shovel or snowblower, if needed.
• Apply salt to surfaces as needed.
• Use snow removal equipment such as plows, shovels and snowblowers.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be insurable with the company vehicle insurance provider (no SR‑22).
• Prior snow plowing experience preferred.
• Must be available to work with short notice (minimum 48‑hour notice).
• Ability to work safely in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Physically able to sit for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and handle wet, heavy snow.
• Dress appropriately for outdoor winter work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Snow events are unpredictable; must be available any date or time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts may last up to 12 hours depending on snowfall.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be given prior to the expected start time.

• $25 per hour.
