Nous sommes un groupe spécialisé dans l'immobilier commercial. Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité expertise judiciaire auprès de la Cour d'Appel de Chambéry, nous recherchons un formidable expert immobilier pour rejoindre et faire grandir notre cabinet.
Responsabilités- Enrichissement de la base de données EXPERTISE
- Recherches de valeurs locatives et référentiels
- Mise en place d’outils d’évaluation expertale en valeur locative, valeur vénale et indemnité d’éviction
- Travail sur les rapports d’expertises judiciaires et amiables
- Assistance aux réunions
Profils juniors acceptés avec un minimum de 1 an à un poste similaire.
