Barback; Part-Time

To assist bartenders and cocktail servers with the stocking and cleanliness of all bar areas and banquet bars.

• Keep liquor room clean and organized.
• Make supervisors aware of low stock amounts on any items.
• Keep all bars stocked with beer, liquor, mixes and anything else the bars needed.
• Complete assigned duties from bartenders in a timely basis.
• Keep portable bar clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Change fryer oil.

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
