RequirementsShift/Swing Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. They also plan each shift, monitor performance, handle safety, security, profitability, and communicate with successor managers.
As a Shift/Swing Manager, you may be responsible for:
