Franklin General Hospital is seeking a dependable and positive Dietary Cook to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve meals while supporting dietary needs and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Prepare and serve entrees, vegetables, soups, cereals, and baked goods
• Ensure food is appropriate for therapeutic diets
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines
• Monitor patient and resident trays for accuracy based on physician orders
• Take and record temperatures of hot foods
• Receive and check in supplies
• Operate cash register according to policy

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Positive behavior and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
