Farmland Hardware is hiring a Part‑Time Flexible Floor Helper to support daily store operations. This role focuses on stocking, organization, and basic customer assistance to keep the sales floor running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:- Stock and face shelves
- Keep assigned areas clean and organized
- Help customers find items or direct them to the right team member
- Assist with unloading and light inventory tasks
- Stay productive during slow periods
- Follow store standards for professionalism, phone use, and safety
- Dependable and on time
- Comfortable with physical work
- Follows direction and works well with a team
- Willing to learn and help where needed
- Hardware experience is a plus, but reliability and work ethic matter most.
- Not a management role
- Not a sit‑around job
Part‑time hours. Expect around 30hr weeks.
