Why consider this job opportunity- Base salary up to $75,000, plus uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with sales management
- Self-generate leads and maintain an accurate pipeline of fleet opportunities
- Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills to close sales
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition
- Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
- Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills
- High degree of territory management capability, including multi-state coverage
- Successful completion of a background investigation How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Industry knowledge in fleet management and/or commercial payments
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software
- Strong relationship management and time management skills
- Goal-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations
