What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with sales management
  • Self-generate leads and maintain an accurate pipeline of fleet opportunities
  • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition
  • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills
  • High degree of territory management capability, including multi-state coverage
  • Successful completion of a background investigation How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Industry knowledge in fleet management and/or commercial payments
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software
    • Strong relationship management and time management skills
    • Goal-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations
