What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the day-to-day account relationships for multiple OEM/Prime accounts
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Primes, from receiving RFQs to closing sales
  • Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named OEM/Prime accounts
  • Maintain strong business relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers
  • Build and update a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities in the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
  • Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, such as defense primes
  • Must have a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of the start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in business development and sales for autonomous military systems
  • Familiarity with alternative MANET technologies and their relative strengths
