Outside Sales Representative - Nevada H&A Recruiter
An established equipment dealer in the Western U.S. is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support the continued growth of their construction equipment division in Nevada
.
This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving new business development, and delivering tailored equipment solutions to clients in the field. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and a background in equipment sales or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through regular customer visits and cold calling efforts.
- Prepare and present equipment proposals and pricing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer accounts and owned equipment.
- Provide support to customers by offering product recommendations and basic financial guidance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotes and proposals to secure business and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and follow-through on equipment delivery.
- Provide monthly summaries of account activity and maintain regular communication with leadership.
- Manage sales-related expenses in line with company policies.
- Support team initiatives and assist the Sales Manager as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in construction equipment or similar industry preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory and interact with customers in person.
