Experience in the automotive industry is NOT required. Most of our salespeople come from outside the automotive industry.

• Guaranteed base salary with volume bonuses. Realistic 1st year earnings of $50,000+. You will be paid on your individual performance!

• Provide exceptional customer experience.
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Assist customers with their vehicle purchase needs, including test drives, vehicle options, and financing.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
