Overview

AGRILAND FS is looking for a proven self-starter who has a passion for agriculture and wants to grow a career in a supportive rural community. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.

• Bachelor s degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience with a desire to make an impact on your rural community
• A good agriculture aptitude with the ability to learn
• Sales experience desired, but not required
• Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
• Confidence to offer agronomic solutions to increase a customer s yield and profitability
