What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs on ag and construction equipment in both the shop and the field.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and performing basic to complex repairs
- Documenting parts and services performed accurately
- Meeting service efficiency and productivity goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Following all safety protocols
- Promoting fair, customer-friendly billing practices
- Strong knowledge of diesel, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair techniques
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Valid Driver's License required
- Prior experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, or similar role
- Automotive and transportation techs encouraged to apply!

Ankeny, IA - Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends) - Travel:
Local day travel expected - Work Environment:
Split between shop and field settings, occasional exposure to outdoor elements and uneven surfaces. Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly required. - Ready to Get to Work?
