We are seeking knowledgeable, customer‑focused technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks. The role includes planned maintenance, tool inventory management, and paperwork completion.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and testing equipment.
• Industry related training.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
