Overview
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are seeking a full-time School Based Youth Services Worker (YSW) to join our team in the North Union Community School District. The YSW will assist children with behavioral health challenges to regain or attain maximum functioning in the classroom and in their homes.
They will build positive relationships with students and advocate for them by identifying barriers to success and collaborating with school personnel, family members, mental health providers, juvenile court, and other key individuals to improve outcomes. Occasional travel and evening work are required for in-home family sessions.

- Occasional in-home family sessions may be required; travel and evening work may be necessary.
$18.00-$20.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required due to travel.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1 year of experience in the psychiatric/human services field is preferred but not required.
- Experience providing BHIS (Behavioral Health Intervention Services) is preferred but not required.
