We are looking for a passionate Python Engineer to join our development team. As a Python Engineer, your responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. If you’re a seasoned developer with a love for back-end technologies, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.

• Write effective, scalable, usable code.
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
• Test and debug programs.
• Improve functionality of existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Experience in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask, …).
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Good algorithmic thinking.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Knowledge of building service REST APIs.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Have good understanding about Relational Databases:
  Postgres, MySQL.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks:
  Lang Graph, Lang Chain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, Semantic. Vector Database.
