Mobile Flutter Software Engineer

We are looking for experienced Senior Mobile Flutter Software Engineer to join our core product – BOSS Revolution.

Your primary responsibility is end-to-end development and support of our user experience in our customer-facing apps.

• 5+ years of commercial mobile development experience (
  Flutter, Android and/or iOS
  ).
• Strong passion for mobile development and creating clean, maintainable code.
• Solid experience with
  Flutter
  and the ability to describe complex features you’ve built.
• Hands‑on experience in
  monitoring and troubleshooting live mobile apps
  using tools like
  Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude
  , or similar.
• Practical experience with
  mobile CI/CD pipelines
  , including test automation, lint checks, code signing, and deployment to app stores.
• English level
  B2+for daily communication.
• A continuous learning attitude and proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Experience with
  native Android (Kotlin/Java)or
  iOS (Swift/Obj-C)integrations in production apps.
