AI Engineer, Machine Learning/ ML Engineer
- Assist in cleaning, preprocessing, and organizing datasets for analysis and machine learning tasks.
- Support the development, testing, and evaluation of machine learning models and algorithms under the guidance of the AI Learning Engineer.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
- Assist in feature engineering efforts to improve model performance and interpretability.
- Research emerging tools, techniques, and trends in AI/ML to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Help prepare data visualizations, presentations, and reports that communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand business needs and contribute to data-driven solutions.
- Assist with documentation related to model development, data processes, and project deliverables.
- Support basic model deployment or integration tasks in partnership with software engineering teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic programming experience in Python, R, C#, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Management Studio (SSMS).
- Understanding of transaction commits and rollbacks along with transaction logs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements
Tolerance for sitting long periods of time. Possess finger dexterity to write, type, and use a calculator. Maintain adequate vision to view small print and computer terminal. Ability to speak and hear, walk throughout facilities with occasional moderate lifting (50 pounds), stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching with hands and arms required. Ability to travel between multiple facilities as required to perform core job duties.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ability to climb up or down ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.
Ability to bend body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
