Fleet Maintenance Manager
Summit School Services is seeking a Lead Fleet Technician for a school bus fleet. You’ll set the tone for safety, quality, and uptime, handle advanced diagnostics and repairs on medium/heavy vehicles, and oversee inspections (DVIR, DOT/state) to keep routes on time.
You’ll mentor technicians, plan work with the Maintenance Leader, verify quality, and ensure a safe, well-run shop. Requirements include five years of repair experience and at least one year in a leadership role; CDL is preferred;
