We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving incoming shipments, organizing parts and materials, documenting part quantities received, and assisting with other related tasks.

Inspect incoming freight for shortages and damage

Document all inaccurate freight shipments

Enter freight received into the ERP system

Rotate and organize parts and materials efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse environment

Receive and process incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Assist supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Spreadsheet Software (Excel/Google Sheets)

Manufacturing Software

Inventory Software

Word Processing software (Word/Google Docs)

Electronic Mail Software (Google)

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in basic computer skills

Experience with operating a forklift safely

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
