Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to develop advanced machining processes across a diverse range of materials and regulated industries. This role is responsible for creating optimized CNC programs, validating production processes, and ensuring repeatable, high-precision manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Create, optimize, and validate CNC programs using CAD/CAM systems.
- Engineer toolpaths for complex geometries and multi-axis machining.
- Apply cutting dynamics, chip load control, heat management, and tolerance principles.
- Develop machining strategies for aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, superalloys, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.
- Define tooling, fixtures, work holding, feeds/speeds, and engagement parameters.
- Validate parts using precision metrology and CMM equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and support NPI projects.
- AS or BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years CNC machining/programming experience.
- Strong CAD/CAM experience and GD&T mastery.
- Deep understanding of material behavior, tool wear, and machining theory.
