As a Cardio & Strength Instructor at the Ipswich Y, you'll help members reach their health goals by delivering dynamic, engaging classes that build strength, boost endurance, and create a positive, fun workout environment. We're currently hiring for morning classes
, with the opportunity to pick up a variety of additional shifts throughout the week.

• Lead high-quality Cardio & Strength group classes with energy and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate proper form and technique while offering safe, effective modifications
• Help members build confidence and maintain motivation
• Create a welcoming environment that keeps participants coming back
• Utilize our high-quality equipment and dedicated class spaces

• Experience teaching group exercise classes — especially strength and cardio formats
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to engage and motivate participants of all fitness levels
• Solid knowledge of exercise principles, functional movement, and strength training techniques
